Products

We sell downloadable digital products (guides, templates, and similar files). All products are described on their respective product pages. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment you authorise Paystack to process the transaction on our behalf.

Delivery

Upon successful payment, a download link is sent to your email address and made available in your account. Download tokens expire 48 hours after purchase. You may log in to your account to re-download purchases at any time.

Intellectual property

All products sold on StackDrop are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased files. Copyright remains with the respective creators.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, StackDrop's liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
