Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on stackdrop.co.za, operated by Ash Glover Design (Pty) Ltd (reg. 2026/171502/07) t/a StackDrop.

Order cancellation before download

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not yet downloaded the file. To cancel, email support@stackdrop.co.za with your order email address. A full refund will be issued upon verification.

Order cancellation after download

Once a digital product has been downloaded, the order is fulfilled and cannot be cancelled. Digital goods that have been accessed cannot be "unreturned". This applies regardless of whether the file has been opened or used.

Subscriptions

StackDrop does not currently offer subscriptions. All purchases are one-time.

Account cancellation

You may request deletion of your StackDrop account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@stackdrop.co.za. Account deletion does not affect any previous purchases or entitle you to a refund.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
