StackDrop ("we", "us") sells downloadable digital products. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Email address — provided at checkout, used to send your download link and create your account.
- Payment information — handled entirely by PayStack. We never see or store card details.
- Purchase record — product purchased, amount paid, and download token tied to your email.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchased product via a download link.
- To maintain your account so you can re-download purchases.
- To provide purchase support if you contact us.
- We do not send marketing emails. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
- PayStack — processes payments. Subject to PayStack's privacy policy.
- Gumroad — secondary sales channel for some products. Subject to Gumroad's privacy policy.
Data retention
Purchase records are retained for up to 3 years for accounting purposes. Download tokens expire 48 hours after purchase.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@stackdrop.co.za. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics. The PayStack payment iframe may set cookies governed by their policy.
