Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on stackdrop.co.za, operated by Ash Glover Design (Pty) Ltd (reg. 2026/171502/07) t/a StackDrop. We sell digital downloadable products.
Before download
If you have not yet downloaded your purchased file, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@stackdrop.co.za. Once your request is verified, a full refund will be processed.
After download
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. This is consistent with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 as it applies to digital goods that have been accessed by the consumer.
Exceptions — defective or undelivered files
We will issue a full refund on a case-by-case basis if:
- Your download link did not work and we are unable to resend it.
- The file you received is corrupted or materially different from what was described.
Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue.
How to request a refund
Email support@stackdrop.co.za with your order email address and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
